At Sam’s Cats and Dogs, we know pets can be particular. That’s why we offer a 90-day happiness guarantee on all pet food and treats. If your pet doesn’t enjoy a product, we’ll gladly provide a full refund or help you find something new.

What You'll Need for a Return

To begin a return, please visit any of our locations with the following:

 

• Your phone number (if you purchased with an account) or your original receipt

and the original packaging of the product with the lot code and date code

Helping Pets in Need

When open bags of dry food or treats are returned to any of our stores, we make sure they don’t go to waste. If the return isn’t due to illness, we proudly donate the food to local shelters and pet organizations—supporting animals across our community.

Did you not purchase from Sam's? If you bought your pet food elsewhere, you can still make a difference! We gladly accept donations of both opened and unopened bags at our Monroe and Everett, WA, locations. All food is shared with our community partners to help pets in need.
